We offer a variety of classes incorporating Integrated Holistic Yoga practice. This type of yoga invites a variety of yoga postures and body shapes bringing together MIND, breath and body. All levels welcome. Our Integrated Holistic Hatha yoga practices include slow flow, pranayama/meditation and restorative classes.
