Northern Door Sports and Recreation

Opening the Door for County Recreation.

Municipalities, nonprofit leagues, and independent instructors already share the same lake, fields, coaches and family calendars throughout Door County. Northern Door Sports & Recreation puts powerful reservation and registration software in the hands of local league organizers and facility operators within specific geographical regions where municipality borders exist but family life crosses over.

Who we serve

Northern Door County Communities

Municipalities.

Most Door County towns and villages do not have the means to stand up a sports and recreation department of their own. A clerk, a board, or a seasonal employee ends up managing the calendar. That is why they work with us instead of building a department. We give them the reservation system a larger city would staff in-house, so the field, the hall, the gym, and the meeting rooms get used. Reservations go online and a municipality can maximize the use of their spaces.

How we do it

One Software, Endless Autonomy.

We value and preserve the autonomy and identity that league organizers and facility operators want. Each has their own goals, mission and purpose. We provide the powerful and robust backend software and connect them to families and communities who want to get involved.

Where we work

Local by design.

Our services are set up for geographical regions where municipal boundaries exist but family life crosses over. The work started in northern Door, where towns sit side by side and none of them is large enough to carry recreation alone. The point of the service is local: one public experience across municipality borders, with each partner still in charge of its own place.
