Swim + Bike + Run + Fun!
The Baylake Triathlon Club provides multi-sport opportunities for all ages. The club proudly supports a Youth Team for young athletes, a Junior Racing Team for competitive teens, and an Adult Age Group Women’s division. Open to all abilities, the club offers a supportive environment for training, networking, and competing. The training season goes from May - August and the club participates in local and regional races throughout the state of Wisconsin.


Women's Age Group | Ages 16+
The Baylake Triathlon Club Women's Age Group Team is designed to provide group training options for women. This includes cycling, running and swimming with an emphasis on strength and speed development. The team supports women participating in all multi-sport events including running, biking, swimming and triathlon. Weekly workouts run from April through September.
Junior Racing Team | Ages 10-15
The Baylake Triathlon Club's Junior Racing team is designed for kids ages 10-15 who have competed in a Triathlon. This team levels up both training and racing requirements with a focus on skill, technique, endurance and conditioning across all three disciplines. Athletes attend several practices each week and the season runs from May through mid-August. Practices are varied with diverse activities, workouts and skill development opportunities. Expect your child to be challenged, supported and pushed to new levels while gaining important mental and physical strength and skills. Junior Racing athletes are required to compete at the Door County Triathlon and encouraged to participate in the Wisconsin Youth Race Series.
Youth Team | Ages 6-12
The Baylake Triathlon Club's Youth team is designed for kids ages 6-12. It introduces young athletes to the sport of triathlon through a 10-week program running from May to July. The team offers engaging and age-appropriate activities for swimming, biking, and running in a fun, supportive environment. The program encourages participation at the Door County Kids Triathlon which offers an age appropriate race distance for different age groups and is an exciting, energetic and motivating way to end the season. Expect your child to be engaged each week at practices, learn how to compete and develop a sense of teamwork, personal achievement and determination.
